How to RSVP & Pay for the events

Steps to RSVP for the events:

  1. Choose the events you would like to attend!

  2. Send the e-transfer to: Johnfross1976@gmail.com

  3. Indicate on the e-transfer what the payment is for.

  4. Take a screenshot of the e-transfer receipt (we need this for our records).

  5. Fill out the RSVP form and attach the screenshot of your payment.

  6. Accept the calendar invites via email.

  7. Enjoy the events with your fellow alumni!

Payment information:

  1. There will be no refunds after May 6, 2026.

  2. Golf is not included in the total price and you must pay directly to the golf course.

  3. If you live outside of Canada please contact us for further information on how to pay.

  4. Donations to the scholarship fund should be done in the same e-transfer as your event payment. Please indicate the amount in the e-transfer note.

  5. We are unable to offer tax receipts on your donations.
