The Class of 1976 Legacy Award celebrates 50 years since graduation by honouring a student who truly embodies the spirit and community pride of the Class of 2026.

This award recognizes a well-rounded individual with genuine school spirit, kindness, and a positive attitude—someone who lifts others up, contributes to school life, and leads by example through their actions rather than titles.

Unlike traditional academic or athletic awards, this scholarship is intended for a deserving student who has not received other major awards or scholarships. It is, at its heart, an Outstanding Citizen Award—celebrating the quiet achievers, the encouragers, and those whose impact often goes unrecognized.

This scholarship reflects the enduring values of friendship, inclusion, and community that defined the Class of 1976—and continues to inspire new generations of Royals.
